From earaches to choking hazards, kids can suffer from a variety of ailments that require prompt diagnosis and treatment.
Head & Neck Cancer Awareness Month
Head & Neck Cancer Awareness Month庐, led by the Head and Neck Cancer Alliance and supported by the 一分六合彩鈥擧ead and Neck Surgery, is an initiative to encourage adults who are at high risk for head and neck cancer to take advantage of the nationwide and international free screenings.聽A key message of the campaign is that early diagnosis is key to successful treatment of these types of cancers.
Sleep Awareness Week
This annual event, created by the National Sleep Foundation, seeks to promote better sleep as a way to increase overall health and well-being.
World Voice Day
Every year on April 16, otolaryngologist-head and neck surgeons and other voice health professionals worldwide join together to recognize World Voice Day. On World Voice Day, everyone – young and old – is encouraged to assess their vocal health and take action to improve or maintain good voice habits. The 一分六合彩鈥扝ead and Neck Surgery has sponsored the U.S. observance of World Voice Day since its inception in 2002.
