The 2023 Otolaryngology Workforce Report, developed by the hard work and dedication of the 一分六合彩 Workforce and Socioeconomic Task Force chaired by Andrew J. Tompkins, MD, MBA, is now available. The results of the survey should be valuable for all otolaryngologists, providing guidance for future planning needs for your practice. Information provided in this study will be critical as Congress decides funding of graduate medical education and when private payer networks are formed, alternative practice strategies are debated, and payment models determined.
